Confidentiality and Privacy
CleartheClutter consultations and services will be kept private and confidential. We will obtain client’s permission to release their testimonials and photographs taken of the areas worked on, through a written consent (Liability Waiver Form). Clients have the right to refuse photography at any time. Client personal details will not be disclosed to any third party.
CleartheClutter will give advice and support in the decluttering and organising steps. It is entirely the client’s decision to keep or part with their possessions. CleartheClutter takes no responsibility in client’s decision to dispose of their items. CleartheClutter is not in the business of valuables appraising. CleartheClutter will work with client’s possessions with consideration and care, but in the case of accidental damage or loss during the session, you acknowledge that CleartheClutter will not be held liable for any loss or damage. The client will ensure that all valuable jewellery is locked away; as well as any valuables that will not be requiring organisation. CleartheClutter will not be held responsible for the loss of any valuables.
Payment is requested on the day of decluttering/organisation. If the process will take more than one day, payment is requested per day. Our service charges include travel and the declutter/organisation process. The fees are non-refundable after the service has been provided.
The purchase of any materials to help with the organisation process, i.e. containers, etc., is the responsibility of the client. CleartheClutter will purchase any necessary items on confirmation and approval of the client, whereupon the costs will be added to the service charges.
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and enforced in accordance the Courts of Dubai.
